Brightsun's Price Match Promise is applicable to our range of flights, and holidays.
This is only applicable on the day that the flights have been booked. We will
come back to you with 24 hours after investigating the claim, and and, if applicable
submit a refund for the difference. This price promise is only applicable for the
identical product booked , and offered in the same country as that being sold by
BRIGHTSUN.
You have to email info@brightsun.co.uk
to claim a refund of the difference between the price quoted by Brightsun, and the
alternate supplier, and also include your Brightsun booking ref in the claim.
Prices matched will be from ATOL / ABTA bonded agents only, and any airlines offering
fares are directly on their websites or hotels quoting directly on their websites
are excluded from this price promise.
