British Airways Has Opened its New Club Lounge at JFK Airport, New York
British Airways customers travelling to and from New York can now enjoy access to the plush Club lounge at JFK Airport.
As part of British Airways’ multi-million pound investment, the airline is offering customers access to more and more lounges around the world which will be introduced this summer. One particular lounge that has recently opened is the new British Airways Club Lounge at JFK Airport in New York. This highly-anticipated lounge is the flagship US lounge for BA, which caters for business and leisure passengers travelling between New York and London.
Spread across 22,000 sq. ft., the new Club lounge is laid out in a way that is designed to meet a number of different customer needs, whether one wants to watch the news, catch up on some work or simply chill out. This elegant lounge boasts relaxed seating areas, ample work stations with power outlets, an entertainment room with sound from Sony and the Elemis Spa, which helps customers to relax before their journey with a range of rejuvenating treatments.
Those who are feeling peckish can enjoy an excellent pre-flight dining experience at this lounge, which has a brasserie-style dining area and freshly prepared cuisines from an extensive food menu. There’s also a grab and go service which offers customers a great selection of smaller food items, a granite topped bar created in partnership with the Quaich bar serving up fine wines and cocktails, and a BrewDog craft beer room.
This British Airways Club lounge is the third lounge that features the airline’s luxury modern design, following the opening of the lounges in Aberdeen and Rome last year as part of its customer investment programme. BA will also be introducing changes to its First and World Traveller cabins, which will include new restaurant-style catering and industry-leading on-board Wi-Fi. Watch this space!
