Your Financial Protection
If you would like to confirm that your travel arrangements are protected then please call our administration number 02034115098 between 09:30 – 18:00 GMT MON-FRI (excluding bank holidays). We will be able to confirm if your trip has been booked and what components of your trip are included in the ATOL cover along with the amount that is covered under the Financial Protection scheme. In addition we will be happy to discuss any other concerns that you have about Financial Protection. You can also email accounts@brightsun.co.uk any ATOL certificate that you have been provided to check if it is genuine. We will endeavour to revert to you by the next working day.
To protect your travel arrangements, we recommend that you pay by credit card. This covers the purchase of goods or services under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act
