These scams are redirecting payments to personal accounts, but please note that Brightsun Travel will never ask for payments to personal bank or card accounts. We want to make sure that no-one falls victim to fraudsters so here is some information for you to help you verify you are booking with Brightsun Travel.

- Look for our official licenses: ATOL 3853, ABTA K1888, and IATA logos.
- Our official email domains are: @brightsun.travel @brightsun.co.in ; @brightsun.co.uk and @brightsunmails.com
- We use secure 3D-authenticated payment gateways to protect your personal info.
- When booking by phone, we won’t ask for payment details over the phone. Instead, we’ll send you a secure payment link via email or text.
- Before making a transfer, always confirm our bank details by checking your bank’s app or contacting us at accounts@brightsun.co.uk.
- Please remember Brightsun Travel will never ask for payments to personal bank or card accounts.
