Renew your OCI with changes to your personal information, address, occupation, or in case of loss/damage & nationality changes. Brightsun offers a hassle-free process with quick turnaround time.

After we receive your payment:

We will email you a document checklist.
You can scan and email the documents to us (no original documents needed).
Once we get all documents, we will prepare your file and make your appointment at VFS.
We will email the completed application, supporting documents, and appointment letter to you, for you to print and take on appointment day.
On your appointment day, you will go and submit all documents and they will charge £21+ for delivery charges, plus the OCI Visa Fees which you pay directly at VFS via debit or credit card only.
After 25-35 days, if your application has been approved, you will receive your new OCI from VFS.
In case any further information is needed regarding the document submission, you will need to contact VFS directly.

(OCI) Cardholder – Miscellaneous Services:

In case of issuance of a new passport.
In case of change of personal particulars viz. nationality etc.
In case of loss/damage of OCI registration certificate.
In case of filling of wrong personal particulars while submitting online applications viz. name, father’s name, date of birth, etc.
In case of change of address/occupation. (vi) In case of official mistake while uploading photo & signature of the applicant.

Please review the checklist and email back scanned copies of your documents for us to begin the application for you.

PLEASE NOTE:

In case of cancellation, a cancellation fee of £20 per booking will be charged
VFS charges are extra payable at the VFS Centre on your appointment day as follows:
£21.00 (£18+£3) for changing any details in the card and linking the new passport with OCI
£75 for lost/damaged OCI Card
