What happens if I travel to a red list country having booked a quarantine package, and my red list country becomes amber?

We will charge GBP50 per person cancellation charge for package and re-route the flight to UK rather than to Morocco. depending on availability of flights to UK, there may be fare difference.

What if I travel to a red list country from UK and then Morocco places that country on red list?

Brightsun will reroute the reservation to another amber list country and provide quarantine in a new amber list country.

Do I need to do a PCR test before flying to Morocco?

Yes you need to do a PCR test 72 hours prior to your flight departure.

What happens If I miss my flight to Morocco? Do I have the option to change my hotel stay?

If you missed your flight, we will rebook you in next available flight and change hotel stay accordingly. Applicable charges apply.

What if my flight gets cancelled to Morocco, do I have option to change the hotel stay date?

Yes, if your flight gets cancelled we will change the hotel date for you, a price difference applies.

What happens if Morocco moves into Red List during my Quarantine Period?

We will have to move you to another quarantine destination, applicable charges apply to change destination

Do I need a visa to travel to Morocco?

Depending on your nationality, a visa may be required to enter Morocco. . UK passport holders do not require a visa to enter Morocco for 90 days.

Do I need travel insurance?

Yes it is recommended to have insurance for international travel that covers Covid Insurance.

Is quarantine in the U.K. required upon arrival?

If you are arriving from a red list country, you have to book a quarantine hotel package, including 2 COVID-19 tests. If you are arriving from an amber list country you need to quarantine at home for 10 days and have to do 2 covid tests, on day 2 & 8. If you are fully vaccinated you do not need to quarantine or take a day 8 test after arrival in England.

Is quarantine at the destination required?

No compulsory quarantine is required if you have provided a negative RT-PCR test.

How will PCR test be done in Morocco on day 2?

An employee of the Moroccan PCR company will contact you for the test at your hotel.

Do I need to have a test before coming to UK?

Present guide lines mean you have to have a PCR test within 72 hours of departure to the UK. This can be done through the Moroccan PCR company at your cost.
